Hi Mary,
The 1910 Census of Pope Co. AR lists Nellie and her four children: Neomi West, Ruth West, Jennings West, and Sallie West. However, this census indicates that Nellie's last name is Wells, that being her second marriage, and that she has been married 5 years. So, her husband William West may have died between 1900 and 1905. It does not list her second husband's name.
