The Chariton Leader, Chariton, Iowa Thursday, July 26, 1906 RUSSELL NEWS: FRED LARIMER of Chariton was a business caller here Monday. G.A. SHIELDS, who has been in Chicago, returned home Tuesday. MISSES HAZEL, ELMA and LELIA WERTS, LIZZIE and JESSIE EVANS and EVA BOWER, who are attending summer school at Des Moines, are expected home next week. MRS. P.F. SPRAGUE was very pleasantly surprised Tuesday evening, by the members of the Ladies Tennis Club. All went with well filled baskets and enjoyed a royal good time. Those present were MISSES NELL RUSK, HARRIET DELANO, CARRIE and IDA EWALD, MAE JENKINS, MAUDE BAKER and FERN SPRAGUE, MESDAMES NINA GOODE, EDITH EWALD and BUZARD. The Ladies' Aid Society of the Presbyterian Church met Wednesday with MRS. C. S. MCKINLEY. MARIE CURTIS very pleasantly entertained MISS LETA LAING, BLANCHE TEDROW of Corydon, and EDITH VINSE, and MARY SPRAGUE at 6 o'clock dinner Saturday. MRS. B.F.
