Werner From Prussia to Saint Louis, Missouri

My family lived in Saint Louis. Daniel Werner(1839-1934) came to America on November 9th, 1865 on the ship Mozart, his brother Frederick came over with him. He was a Blacksmith,Locksmith,Gunsmith, and a machinist. He had a shop which was located at 3836 St. Ferdinand Avenue. His first wife was Katharine Borsch. I understand that his family that stayed in Prussia (Germany) owned a Inn that was built into the side of a mountain. I have never been able to find out anything about his parents or family that stayed in Prussia.
