Wenk in southwestern Germany

I have also Wenks in my family-tree. They lived in the triangle Germany-France-Switzerland. Josefine was born 8.Mai.1828 in Rheinweiler. My mother told me, they had a "Gasthaus", which still exists. Ernst told about Wenks in the southern blackforest and Otternstadt (nearby), so she must have been part oft that branch. Do you know more about that?
