November 2, 1839 in New York (not sure if this is correct date) daughter of John Isaac Wendell and Nancy Diefendorf. I have no other info. pertaining directly to her. But 3 of her brothers moved to Detroit, Michigan and were prominent businessmen. I don't have an Eve in my records, (but there could be one somewhere in the family!)
