At this time I'm trying to verify if the Daniel Welty I'm looking for is a son to Michael Welty b: abt 1759 and his second wife Catherine. They were married aft 1800. I've checked out this site and the information that is given shows a son, Daniel Welty with no birth date, but has him married to Ann Bollman 9 July 1826 in Ohio. Also shows another son David Welty b: 1802 and he also married Anna Bollman 9 July 1826 in Ohio. I don't think both men married the same woman on the same day. I know that the Daniel Welty I'm looking was born abt 1809 in PA and for a fact he married Louisa Whaling 5 Apr 1839 in Tuscarawas Ohio. I have a copy of the marriage record. Thanks anyway.
