An Internet side from Switzerland confirms your statement as follows: The activity of a Bader was usually a barber who had also a bathing business. Moreover he made small surgical interventions (teeth pull etc.) they usually also a pub. As you find in the word Bader-tscher the part Bader, it seams that we are near to the true with the Bader. Fuhre is an old swiss word for slope. Fuhrer means the man who leved at a slope.
