Hi John:
I have been researching the Welwoods from Ireland.
Are you in Ireland?
I trace back thru my mother to Joseph P. Welwood b 24 Jan 1845 Ireland. He emigrated to Canada in 1847. He was the son of Richard Francis Welwood b 1810 son of Robert Wellwood b 1753 Tintore Ireland.
I am trying to link up the brothers that emigrated to Canada. There were apparently 3. Any Wellwood information you can forward would be appreciated.
