Hi Phoebe,

My name is Mike Herr, I live near Peterborough Ontario.

I am searching for information re Charles Wellman, son of Thomas & Hannah Wellman. He married Isabella Herr, Oct 8/1850 in Victoria District, which at that time included Hastings County. Any information on this family would be appreciated, especially re Isabella Herr, born abt 1830
in Ireland.

My family settled first in Douro and by 1841 in Asphodel
Township, very close to the Hastings County border.

I believe Isabella may have been the daughter of John and
Margaret Herr.
