I am the 11th generation-Thomas (born 1620) being the First generation in America. My father being the 10th and the last male with the Wellman surname. However, I show that Thomas (Jr) born 1620 in Lynn, England and dying in LYnn, End, Mass. I show he married in 1642. Their son, Abraham born 1643, died abt 1716, mrd Eliz Cogswell (born 1648)in 1668. She died May 10, 1736. Their son was Abraham, Jr. born at Lynn End Mass (now called Lynnfield) on Nov 25, 1673 & died Oct 26, 1745. He mrd Eliz.Tyler b.1690,d.1768. Their son was Jacob b.at Lynn End, Mass Apr 24, 1720, died Sept 8, 1797 in New Hampshire. Jacob was a Capt.-presumably during the Rev.War. He had 2 wives: Jane and then Hannah. I have the subsequent info as well leading down to me.
My question: What information do you have on Thomas (father) you show being born in England in 1594? Wife; Elizabeth Caslen of England abt 1698....is this last date right? What town in England was he from? What "station" did he hold in society? Do you have a coat of arms listed in your records?
