Barbara,

I have had one of my male Wells' do a DNA test to verify that we are related to Thomas Wells b. in 1605 in Ipswich, MASS. If I am not mistaken, his father was Thomas Welles of Colchester, England. Do you have some background on this Thomas b. 1566 that you might be willing to share? Any information, such as Thomas' wife (wives) and children would be greatly appreciated. At this time I have that he married Joanna Barber and had 8 children. But I also have had information on children born before this wife. Is there any validity to this information?
