Rose (Larose?) Preston born 27 Oct 1835, Quebec, dtr of Louis and Mary (Bunnell?) Preston, married Philip Welcome. They lived in Rutland County (Fair Haven) VT. Believe both families migrated from Quebec through NY into Vermont. Also believe names may have changed. I am pursuing, without luck, the Preston family. Am checking related families (Welcome, Pelkey, Crawley, Hope, Trudell) in hopes of uncovering a town, a parish, a clue of some sort...any help would be greatly appreciated! Judy
