I have an original 4”x6” photograph of “Jennie Mae (Wilcox) Welch – daughter of Horace & Amanda – she was Dick’s grandmother”, which I’d like to get back to descendants or family members. Photo was taken in about 1885, and she looks to be about 17-18 years old.
I found Jennie in the 1870 and 1880 censuses for Woodstock (Lenawee Co.) MI. She was daughter of Horace and Amanda. In 1870, she was 3, sister Edith was 2 and brother Harry F. was 1. In 1880, children were 13, 12 and 10. By 1900, Jennie was married and lived with “N.W.” Welch, born May 1866, and Jennie was 33, born Sep 1866. They were married 1895. By 1910, they lived in Gratiot Co., MI, and he was listed as Noah W.
