Hello Allan, I am a great-grand daugher of Abraham and Lena Weitz of Austria. Abraham was age 27 in 1907 when Lena (age 19) gave birth to Ruth Weitz on June 11, 1907 in New York at St Anne's. Ruth's name was changed to Dorothy Ruth Ledwein by her adoptive parents- Frank and Nelly Ledwein of Minnealpolis, Minnesota. Dorothy was born out of wedlock. I am her grandaughter. Abraham and Lena later had two son's - I have no info about them. Would like to hear from relatives, descendents- The story of Ruth's life is very beautiful and I would like to share it with her brother's (if living- they would be in their 80's for 90's) and their children.
