Here's all I know off hand.

Stofel/Christofel/Stoffel I Weiskopf (b. 1716) and Elizabeth (b. 1715) arrived in Philadelphia on "Loyal Judith" Sep. 2, 1743 (see other posts on this)

One of the children was Valentine/Valendin Weiskopf or Weiskoff, b. 1743. We think he may have been born at sea.

Valentine married a Maria Sophia.

Had a son named Stoffel/Stofel II or Christophel or Christopher.

Stoffel II married a Susanna and had a daughter called Elizabeth Whitehead, b. 1801, who married John Jacob Gongaware b. 1799.

Elizabeth seems to be the point where the name changed for good on public records.

I believe Elizabeth was from Lancaster Co. but can't verify the others. Some of the Gongawares' (Gangwers, also German imm.) descendants are still in SW PA.
