I am continuing to try to find out more about my g-g-grandfather Peter Henry Weiser. He was born 23 Jan 1814 in Northumberland Co, PA and died 16 May 1865 in St. Louis, MO. I have collected various bits of information and have found that he may have occasionally gone by the name Henry (as is on his Civil War record) and possibly even by the name William Henry. I found a marriage record that seems to fit, but the first name is William. Does anyone know of another William Henry Weiser that married in St. Louis in 1845 or might this be the "Peter Henry" I am looking for?
