Could this be connected to the Anton Hess-Christina Weis marriage? There is a very large hardbound book done by Dorothy Ogg call the ancestors and descendants of Anton Hess and Christina Weis. Usually if you search it, you can find a copy. If not, email me and I can direct you. We visited with the author(3rd cousin?) before her death in Brownsville Oregon about 10 years ago. She did amazing work for an amateur with only a tiny house and a typewriter.
