She was born on Tuesday, October 17, 1911, to Emmanuel Edward and Anna Elizabeth (Sturtz) Weis in Ault, Colo. She grew to womanhood in Fargo and married Dave LOCHMANN on February 17, 1932 in Tangier. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emmanuel and Anna and all her siblings, Alvin, Herbert, Edward and Helen who died as children, Louise Zigler (died in Guymon), Mary Tyrrell (who died in Amarillo, Tex.) Alice Carnes (who died in Sayre), all are buried in Fargo Cemetery except for Alice who is buried in Sayre Cemetery. Elsie lost her beloved husband, Dave in 1987, and she is laid to rest beside him. Her daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Robert King and her granddaughter survive Mrs. Lochmann, Jennifer King all of Wichita, plus many other relatives. The graveside service on Monday, December 16, 2002 p.m. in the Fargo Cemetery. Bearers were Larry Meier, Brend Lochman, Eugene Hamilton, Lewis Benson, Bill Moser and Amelia Feil. Oliver Lochmann, Bert Hoffner and Dick Marston served as honorary bearers.
