Hi Suzzane- My maiden name was Weir & I had our family DNA tested through my cousin Andrew. Our DYS 390 was 24, BUT so is Hugh & Clive Weir's who is able to trace his family back through Robert Weir (also known as Robert Weir of Craigshead) who's family moved to Ireland from Scotland and are part of the Stonebyer/Blackwood Weirs of Lesmahagow, Lanarkshire, Scotland. I have been in touch trying to find my G.G.G.Grandfathers family connection as he & his family lived on property atached to Stonebyers.
