Hi Norm. Possibly we are! I did find a few Albert Victor Weir listed in Ancestry.com from the UK. Do you have any idea of his birth year or where born? We couldn't find the birth record for Albert Victor Weir but he is in the census in 1901 as being 5 years old, so we are assuming around the 1894-96 area since some of the ages are off in the census. Were you aware of any of his siblings? His brother John was born in 1900 and should have been in UK, where George came to Canada. He also had a sister Nora, but not sure if she died young
