John Nicholas Weinland and his wife Philippina Loesch were my 5x great-grandparents. I am descended through their son John, who married Philippina Boemper, through their daughter Elizabeth who married Andrew Whitesell, through their daughter Elizabeth who married John Philip Lind, through their son Monroe Philip who married Laura Evangeline Schandein, to my grandmother Laura Schandein Lind McKee and my mother, Nancy McKee Burk. Have rather extensive information on all of above and some associated lines, in particular 19-20th century Linds, and 18th century Whitesells, Boempers and Loeschs. Have never come across info on JNW's parents; all reference materials I've found reference his date of birth and birthplace without further detail.
