Seeking ancestors and descendents of Philip (or Fischel) Viner/Weiner, son of Jacob, born circa 1867 in Shepatofka (sp?) Russia.
His wife was Mary Perlmutter. Their children were: William b. 1892 (changed his last name to Warner, ), Samuel b. 1893, Albert b. 1896 and Hymie b. after 1900.
