I am searching for information on the William Jordan and Mary Melos Family who resided in Manhattan in the 1890's and then relocated to Long Island. William died in 1909 leaving Mary with 6(?) children
Mary b 1891
Lizzie b 1892
Tessie b 1893
Maggie b 1895
William b 1897 m Sophia Weidner/Weiner
Dora b 1898
My Grandfather Joseph b 1900 m Wilhemina Hessell
Peter B?

William b 1897 later owned the Long Isand House Mover Co.(approximately around the 30's and 40's
