Hi Aimee,

Sorry, I don't have any more details than those that I have already posted. This isn't my family. I just found an old marriage license in a second hand store and thought how much I would love to have one of my family members certificate, so I posted here.

One thing I did learn about Otto, is that he is buried in the Military cemetary here in Portland Oregon. Does that help?
