I am searching for info on a Ferdnand Wegner (Wagner) born March 1838 somewhere in Germany. He may have come from the area called Saaben. I'm not sure where this was...someone said it is in the Gdansk region, other said near Rummelsburg.
He married Florentena Warskow (Born Jan 1842) from Gross Duesbow, Germany (Prussia). This town was in the German Province of Pommern, Kreis Stolp. I have no idea where they married or when but I think it was in the mid 1860's.
Ferdnand and Florentena came to the USA in April 1892 (from Bremen to Baltimore) on the SS Weimar and settled in Hagar Township, Michigan.
Any info on either Ferdnand or Florentena would be appreciated. Thank you....Marge
