(That side of my family tree stops with August.) I will give you the information that I do know. He was born on Nov 9, 1836 in Posen Prussia. I believe that he was born in the section that is now Poland. Another source I have says that Ernestine and August lived in Wirsitz. I do not know if they are the same place or what. He married Ernestine Bartelt in Germany and they both came to America in 1894. He died on July 19, 1926. Let me know what you come up with! Notify Administrator about this message?
