Alright. So, this is "Wegner Family History" that my relatives had put together in the 60s and was passed out to all of the families. I am going to copy bits and segments just to provide more information for you. I will scan the B&W xerox I have and send it to you later. The 50th Anniversary picture and another one are the only ones I have of August Wegner.

"August Wegner was born November 9, 1836. His wife, Ernestine Bartelt, was born June 29, 1836. They were married in Germany and lived in Wirsitz. They had several children, some who died in 1866 when cholera was so widespread in Germany. Seven children survived."

"Ernestine Wegner died October 3, 1920, of a cerebral hemmorrhage and epilepsy. Mr. Wegner made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Richard Woyda, after his wife's death. August Wegner died July 19, 1926, of malnutrition and senility. These were the causes of death listed on their death certificates on file at Faribault County Court House in Blue Earth, Minnesota. They are buried at Rice Lake Cemetery south of Wells, Minnesota."

That's all that I really have on him. I will look at your information, and at mine, and try to make a connection somewhere in that obscurity if I can. Thanks for the help!
