Tony,

I am not descended from Benjamin but he could be related somehow. Go to www.ysearch.org and click on "Alphabetical" and then go to "W", then to "Weeks" and you will see who is listed and I believe that Benjamin is listed as a last known ancestor by at least one individual.

There were Benjamin Weeks' running around all over NC and they could be descended from VA Weeks, or Benjamin Weeks and Mary Chase of Carteret NC or Thomas Weeks and Ann Cock of Perquimans Co., NC. Do a search on "Benjamin" on the forum site or sort on "Sampson". You will have to page through a lot of entries I'm sure but you may pick up some good intel.
