Hi Walter: I read a post you put up on a Rachel daughter of Anthony Wright who died in South Carolina. It seems that the Weeks that this Rachel married is not known. I am wondering if Rachel is the one who married Joseph Weeks. The time frame would fit. My Rachel would have been born in the early 1700's and married by the time of Anthony's will. Would there not have to be a record in Craven County that I could check to see if Anthony's estate was settled and to whom the proceeds went? To your knowledge was there a Rachel Weeks in Craven County at the time of Anthony's death? I have seen a child Job listed for Joseph and Rachel Weeks but the will of Joseph in 1779 listed only a Jesse,Hannah,Jemima and Naomi. What do you think? Regards:Loren
