If you post on the Weeks Forum you have a better chance of getting replies. Weeks/Weekes/Wyke/Wyche/Wickes/Wicks etc are all intermingled at some point. Figuring out when a where is another story.
In answer to your question, this Francis is probably the Francis who m. Wilmot Coffin, 16 April 1617. Francis may have gone to Gray's Inn in 1611/12 and is prob. the s/o Simon Weeks and Mary Stucley. I think that there is some question as to whether or not the Francis Weeks of Oyster Bay, NY who m. Elizabeth Luther is the son of Francis and Wilmot, but I will let others debate that question.
