hey I live on long island, i came across this seemingly abandoned and over grown cemetery along the side of the road, it was very small and contained only a few families all alive circa the revolutionary war. out of curiosity ive been trying to research some of these families. one of the tombstones was for a george weekes(feb. 23rd 1762 - july 11th 1850). not sure if he was any relation to you folks, it seems as if he was. i have a few photos of the tombstone if you like.
