Don't have any information on the Duggins line, but I do have some info on the Weedman line. We share a common ancestor -- your 4th great grandfather Christian Weedman, Jr. and 4th great grandmother Mary Marshall Weedman -- are also my ancestors.
Christian Weedman, Jr. appears in the tax records of Hardin County, Kentucky in 1800 and 1802 - 1808 as a taxpayer having 100 acres of lant on Clifty Creek. From 1810, when Grayson County was formed from Hardin County, Christian is shown in Grayson's tax lists with land on either the Waters of the Roughy or on Little Clifty Creek. He does not appear in the 1817 - 1818 tax lists, but reappears on the 1819 list and remains in the county until 1831. No tax book is available for 1832 and Christian does not appear thereafter. He is shown on the 1810, 1820 and 1830 Census records for Grayson County, but not in the 1840 Census. Because he is listed as living in Kentucky in the 1836 lawsuit, it is hypothesized that he had either sold or gave his land to his children and perhaps resided with them.
In the 1810 Federal Census - Kentucky - Grayson County, he appears as Christan Weedman (page 242) with the following household composition: 5 males under 10; 2 males 10 - 16; one male 26 - 45; one female 10 - 16; one female 16 - 26; one female 26 - 45. Since Mary Marshall Weedman would have been about 50 years old, she probably died before the 1820 Census was taken.

Mary Marshall (born about 1770, probably in Virginia) was the daughter of Captain James Marshall, who died in 1787 in Rockingham County, Virginia and his wife, Elizabeth. Although no marriage record has been found, there is evidence that suggests that Elizabeth's maiden name may have been Mauck (Mock) and that her parents were Rudolph and Mildred Mauck. She most likely died after the 1820 Census was taken, but prior to the 1830 Census, although this is not certain.
Their son John Weedman married Mary Polly Stone. John Weedman served as a volunteer in the Kentucky Militia during the War of 1812. He enlisted in Captain William Walker's company of Infantry, 3rd Regiment, Kentucky detatched Militia on 1 September 1812. The company served in Vincennes, Indiana. John was discharged on 20 Jan 1813 as a private. He earned $6.66 per month for duty.
He was granted 40 acres of land for his sevice, which he later sold.

NOTE: There's a David Kefauver nearby; John's brother married Sophia Kefauver.
In 1855, Congress passed another act granting bounty lands. He was given additional land pursuant to this act.
In 1850, Congress passed a law granting bounty land to certain veterans, including those who served in the War of 1812. John Weedman made application for bounty land. In his affidavit supporting his application, he affirms that he was a private in the company commanded by Captain William Walker in the 3rd Regiment of Kentucky Detatched Militia, commanded by Colonel Nicholas Miller in an expedition under Major General Samuel Hopkins against the Indians inthe Wabash County the the now State of Indiana, then Indian Territory; that he volunteered in Grayson County, Kentucky for the term of six months and entered the service at Louisville, Kentucky on the first day of September 1812 and was in actual service for the term of upwards of four months. He was honorably discharged at Vincennes, Indiana about the 15th day of January 1813 having been detailed to guard Fort Knox after the main Army was disbanded, and remained guarding the Fort about four weeks until dicharged by his captain. His declaration was witnessed by Alexander Probus who had served with John Weedman.

After Mary Polly Stone Weedman died, John remarried but I believe Mary is the mother of your William (who married Lucy Duggins). I haven't done much research on your direct line but did find them the other day when I was browsing the census.

I see I neglected to write down the page number for the 1850 Census, but you can probably find it without too much trouble. It certainly appears that Lucy Duggins Weedman's mother was living with them in 1850, suggesting strongly that Nancy Duggins was widowed. If you haven't done so, check 1840 Census data for Grayson to determine who Lucy's father might have been.
