Thank you for your sharing, Jane.

The only connection that I spotted in what you posted pertaining to my specific Sally Ann/Sarah Ann Lockwood (b. 1807, Fairfield County, CN), whose mother was a Smith and father was Edmund Lockwood, was the marriage of Sally Ann to John D. Stokem. ">>>>**Sally Ann, of Greenwich, m John B STOKEM of Norwalk, May 27, 1827, by Isaac Lewis." This was information that I am already somewhat aware of.

However your citation has a 5/27/1827 marriage date vs. the 6/27/1827 date that I have found elsewhere and your citation has John B. vs. the John D. I could be wrong on the marriage date, although I have it in print. Also in print I have it showing John D. vs. John B. Stokem. I am quite certain it is John D. who I am descended from.

Might I be overlooking anything else in what you posted for me that might provide new information to me?

Would you or anyone else have information about Sally Ann's father Edmund Lockwood and more on him and his family line and would you be familar with Miles Weed, Jr. who I am told was father of a Rachael Weed who may have married Lemuel Stokem who is John D. Stokem's father?

Thank you once again for your response.
