J.M. Weed Okla I.T. 1894

I have a diary page from a cowboy that worked in the Texas Panhandle and across the border into Oklahoma. One of his journal entries says " Mach [sic March] 18 '94 snow and rain J.M. Weed Bggy, O.T.". This cowboy worked for ranches all over doing odd jobs and being hired to count cattle that was either being shipped or coming in on railroad cars, and to purchase supplies and deliver them. He apparently worked on this day for J.M. Weed in Oklahoma, Indian Territory. Just curious if someone knows who this J.M. Weed might be.
