I don't know who the Rebecca Wedgeworth is either! Maybe someone can help us out.
As for the Mary Jain Morris 1859 church member, it is probably a relative of Robert A. Morris who married Lucinda Wedgeworth. Lucinda was born in 1833 and married Robert A. Morris in 1853 in Neshoba Co.,MS. The year 1859 is way too early for a daughter of theirs to be listed as a church member. Usually only adults were listed as church members.
Yes, Franklin is often near Langford. But it only proves they are related, it does not prove they are brothers. I am not convinced Franklin is a son of James Wedgeworth,Junior (AKA James Boyce). He could be the son of Joseph or Richard or William, Junior. It is quite probable that he stayed with his cousins for some unknown reason instead of staying with his parents. A job? A girl? We don't know for sure.
At any rate, I hope someone can seach out more data on Franklin and solve this mystery!
