Lewis, Richard, and William Webster, born SC, died GA

I and a few others are still trying to get a lead on Lewis (born SC abt. 1796, Richard (born SC abt. 1800, and William (born SC abt. 1806/7); father born MD, mother born SC. Lewis and Richard moved to Washington Co. GA by abt. 1820/1830 and William about 10 years later.
Surely someone out there knows who the parents were and where in SC they lived. Please folks.
Lewis and William definitely brothers ... Richard probably was a brother also but proof is less rigorous.
HELP, HELP, HELP.
