Actually, the Daniel Webster (1782-1852) in question who married Grace Fletcher (1781-1828) was a lawyer, congressman and also Secretary of State. His parents were Ebenezer (1739-1806) & Abigail (Eastman) (1739-1816) Webster. Daniel had full siblings of Mehitable (1775-1814), Abigail (1779-1805), Ezekiel (1780-1829), Sarah (1784-1811) and half siblings of Olive (1762-died young), Ebenezer (1764-died young), Susannah (1766-1804), David Simon (went to Quebec), and Joseph (1772-1810).
Daniel's father Ebenezer's parents were Ebenezer (1714-1806) & Susannah (Batchelder) Webster. Daniel's father's siblings were Meribah (1740-?), Susannah (1741-1783), Benjamin (1744-1827), Hannah (1745-?), Mary (1747-?), William (1749-?), Esther (1752-?), and Nathaniel (1753-?).
The William mentioned married Ruth Greeley and had a son named Ebenezer Webster (1787-1861) who married his cousin Sarah (Daniel's full sister mentined above).
