frederic walter webley, around 1880, Philadelphia

I'm 25, I'm french, live in south of france and I'm looking for my great great grandfather.
All that I know is that my great grand father,Frederic Walter Webley came to France during the first World war and met my great grandmother, Fernande Bourgain. their children are Andrew Webley (my grandfather, born in 5th of october 1934), Peter and Jack.

frederic walter was born in Philadelphia (maybe around 1880/1890), but was english. I was told that he was a subject of the Queen.

I have no idea who were his parents, except that his father was veterinarian, and why they were in America.

Hope to read someone who got any idea of what I'm talking about...
