I too have seen the Elvin Moore papers, I am afraid it contains some errors. Rosannah Humphries is not the daughter of William and Frances Humphreys. I have a copy of the Rev pension papers where it states that William and Frances (Sarratt) Humphreys married in the late 1700's. This was a 2nd marriage for both of them, William's first wife is believed to be Marianne Walker and their eldest child/son was John Humphreys, father of Sally/Sarah Humphreys. It is beleived by researchers of the Sarratt lines that Frances was actually a widow at the time of her marriage to William. Several Webber/Weber researhers have been trying to locate any sort of documentation to support the Wolford story. I am from Casper's son Solomon and Sarah (Humphries/Humphreys)Webber/Weber line.
