John and William Beaty, minors, petitioning by their guardian, Sherwood W. Beaty. Bushrood Webb died intestate some years ago in Bedford Co. John A Webb and Price C. Steele appt'd admrs. and that they have settled admin. with Clk of Co Ct. Petitioners of John and William Beaty, as two of the children of Sherwood W. Beaty and Sarah Beaty, who was a daughter of Bushrod Webb, dec'd, and they reside in Murray, GA.
Sarah Webb Beaty died pre-15 March 1843, when Sherwood W. Beaty remarried to Mary A Lucy in Roane Co TN.
