Eric, here is what I found out about your Eaver Family. Your ggg grandfather, Jerry A. Weaver, indicated on various census reports that he was born several different years, but on the 1860 census of Allegany Co., N.Y. his parents said he was 5 years old, indicating he was born circa 1855. Apparently he was born in Allegany Co. or adjacent Livington Co. Your Jerry Weaver married Nancy circa 1887 and your gg grandfather, Howard, was born in 1888. Jerry's (1855) father was Jeremiah Weaver (b. 1824-25 in Penn.) and apparently died during the period 1900-1910 , probably in Allegany Co. His mother was Livera (maiden name unknown), also born in1824 and died 1900-1910. They married 1846, probably in Livingston Co. and per Livera they lived there (in West Sparta) on the 1850 census. Jeremiah and Livera had 4 children: Emma (b. 1847); James (1851); your Jerry A. (called Jeremiah - 1855); and Helen (1867).

I dont know where Jeremiah (1824-25) was born in Penn. or who his parents were because there were many Weavers in Penn. at that time. I am not related to this family. Bob Eddings
