Betty hopefully you will know more on this:

James Edmond F. Weatherby that married Martha Harriett Dean has been given as a son of Edmond J. Weatherby and Mary Jourdan. James Edmond F. Weatherby was born Sep 1862.

But, there is a marriage record in Haralson Co., GA of E. J. Blackerby marrying a second time.

Date of marriage: 7 27 1858
Marriage performed by: LINDSEY HOLLAND, JP

If James was a son of E. J. Weatherby then he should be the son of the second wife, not the first.

James and Martha Harriett Dean married 15 Sep 1878 in Haralson Co., GA. He was only abt 16/17 when he married Martha and she was a year older. They are in Haralson Co. GA in 1880 with a dtr. Della (Cordelia Arabella "Della who married Isaac Cobb Weatherby allegedly her half uncle) And by 1900 James and family are living in Parker County, TX and Isaac is living in their household. By 1910 Isaac and Della have married and she's had 5 kids.
