Ada E. Weakley, age 20, married R.L. Martin, age 20, at Culpeper, Virginia, on 24 Dec 1890. The bride's parents were A.J. and M.M. (I assume last name Weakley), and the groom's parents were J.F. and Lucy A.(I assume last name Martin). The marriage record is here:

The 1880 census of Catalpa, Culpeper, Virginia, shows a family headed by Andrew J. and Mahala M. Weakley, with an 11 year old daughter names Ada Weakley. There is also a son named James F. (Franklin?) Weakly in the household, but I don't know if he is the one that married Elizabeth Bruce Smith:
Household Gender Age Birthplace
SELF Andrew J. Weakley M 50 Virginia, United States
WIFE Mahala M. Weakley F 49 Virginia, United States
SON John W. Weakley M 26 Virginia, United States
DAU Homezell Weakley F 21 Virginia, United States
DAU Eugene Weakley F 19 Virginia, United States
DAU Alice Weakley F 16 Virginia, United States
SON James F. Weakley M 13 Virginia, United States
DAU Ada B. Weakley F 11 Virginia, United States
DAU Louesia Weakley F 9 Virginia, United States
The 1880 census record is here:
