Tippecanoe and Fallen Timbers
This message is mostly aimed at Peggy Stone Tegel.
I haven't read the book yet and so I don't even know if it covers this, but since the Children and grandchildren of JRW were in Ohio and Indianna early in the nineteenth century is there any evidence to suggest that any of them were present at Fallen Timbers or Tippecanoe? Or, would their Quaker background have still held sway at this point? I noticed that a couple of generations was enough to allow them to fight in the Civil War.
