Yes, I am certain that this is the same family. My mother-in-law mentioned that her great-aunt was named Martha and married a Mr. Watters. In fact, I believe that my mother-in-law, Martha Lee (aka Pat) McGinnis Lamb, is named after your great-grandmother!
Would love to exchange information with you. I've found out a bit more about the Drakes, but still know VERY little about the Watts line. Perhaps someone in your part of the family knows more.
