Lavina Watts/Burrow, Tallapoosa Co., AL
Searching for maiden name, death and burial record for Lavina Watts/Burrow.
What were the given names of her two husbands (Watts and Burrow)?
She first married a Watts, then a Burrow.
I cannot find her on the 1850 census. She was listed as Lavina Burrow, on the 1860 Tallapoosa Co. census, living in Reeltown. On the 1870 census she was listed as Lavina Watts, age 72,(born 1798), and still living in Reeltown.
Her daughter, Amanda Jane Watts, married James H. Walden. This family was living in Reeltown on the 1870 census.
Could Elias Watts from Tallapoosa Co., who served with James Walden in the Civil War, in Hardaway's Alabama Light Artillery Battery have been a son?
Could someone check the Reeltown cemetery records? Any leads to the Watts and Walden families would be appreciated.
