In searching for Watts' I, too, find most of them from the south. My g.g.grandfather, Thomas was born 14 August 1828 in Huntingdonshire, England. He came here as a child, married Harriet Seabrook(Saybrook) at Putnamville, Indiana in 1849 where a son was born, three more sons born in Evansville, Indiana and the rest of his family born in Litchfield, Illinois. Several of his descendants settled in South Dakota and some in Montana. I'm trying to find ancestors of Thomas but to no avail. Feel free to contact me by e-mail.
