Found this mention and wanted to share it. I am not researching this family.
Ison Watson was 26 years old in 1837. He was born and brought up in Albermarle Co., VA. His wife was a daughter of William Thomas of Sangamon Co., IL andt hey had one child. As of 1837, his father was dead and his mother was living in Maury Co., TN. His sister married William Brooks and they lived in Shelby Co., KY.
