I am looking for a Jonathon Waters/Watters who lived in Pickaway Co., Ohio from about 1827 to 1840. He married a Catherine Overmyer in Pickaway Co. in 1828. They had 3 children - Samuel, William, Sarah. Catherine remarried in 1842 to a James Birt in Pickaway Co.
On several censuses, Sarah (Waters) Knapp listed her father was from Maryland.
There was also a James Waters/Watters in Pickaway Co. but I do not know whether there is any connection between James and Jonathon.
