Stephen, I believe i may have a connection to your family.
I have an Elizabeth Packham married 20 Dec. 1883, Bumberry NSW (thats near Parkes) to Charles Alexander Wasson (?? son of Joseph and Julia Wasson). They had Amy MM b. 1885 d.1908; Arthur Edwin b.1887,d. 1943, marr. 1908 Kathleen May Doyle; Leslie Clyde b.1890, d.1941, marr. 1912 Mary E Franzmann; Rita V b. 1893, d.1912; Vivian B.& D 1899.
For each of the childrens birth/death index i can only find parents as Alexander Charles and Elizabeth. Birthdate for an Alexander charles Wasson 1854, and death date for Alexander Charles Wasson 1923, St. Leonards age 70 years. Don't know why he turned his christian name around for his marriage but thats what he seems to have done. I am a descendant of Henry Packham and Harriett Anne Frazer, Elizabeth's parents through their son william Henry Packham. I've been away from my Packham research for quite a while so haven't pursued this line too far. any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated, thankyou Christine
